For as low as $99, our handset protection plans will cover up to two replacement devices for a discounted rate during the 24 months following the activation of your phone.
*Handset protection must be added at the time of activation and provides coverage on the applicable device for 24 months. Coverage is not transferable. Replacement claims are limited to two occurrences during the 24-month period following activation. STRATA will make every reasonable effort to replace handsets with a handset that is identical to the original; however, STRATA cannot guarantee the availability of all device types. If an identical device is not available, the customer’s device will be replaced with a similar phone in similar condition.
