ProtectIQ

ProtectIQ provides malicious website protection, anti‑virus and anti‑ransomware packet inspection, and intrusion detection. When enabled inside the Strata Hub app, ProtectIQ monitors network traffic coming into your home, automatically blocking anything that looks suspicious.

Security Alerts

Receive notifications to users whenever a security issue is triggered. Alerts will include details about the device that was attacked, where the attack came from, and when the attack occurred.

In accordance with Utah Legislation S.B. 134, Strata Networks offers a method of filtering to help block the receipt of materials harmful to minors with Strata Hub Premium.

First Responder & Military Discount - 20% Off Wireless Services

Law enforcement, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, search and rescue, active-duty military, National Guard, reserves, veterans, and Gold Star families are eligible to receive a 20% discount on qualifying wireless service plans.

Proof of Eligibility:
Active status or service verification must be provided at the time of activation and at each renewal. Acceptable proof includes a valid ID, badge, or certification for first responders, or official military documentation such as a current military ID, veteran ID, DD214 form, or state driver’s license with veteran designation.

Account Requirements:
The discount applies only to accounts where the qualifying first responder or military member is the primary account holder. It does not extend to family members or dependents.

Trade-In Offer

Up to $1,000 Off with Trade-In

Trade in your eligible smartphone and receive a trade-in value based on device model and condition, plus a Strata promotional credit toward the purchase of a select new phone. Total credits are applied as monthly bill credits over the selected installment term.

 

How it works:

  1. Trade in your old phone
    Trade-in value will be assessed based on the phone model, condition, and eligibility at the time of trade-in.

  2. Receive trade-in credit

    1. Customers who purchase a qualifying device on a 36-month installment plan will receive a $400 Strata promotional credit, applied as monthly bill credits over 36 months.

    2. Customers who purchase a qualifying device on a 24-month installment plan will receive a $200 Strata promotional credit, applied as monthly bill credits over 24 months.

  3. Apply the discount
    Trade-in credits may be used toward the purchase of a select new phone. Total credits applied cannot exceed the retail price of the device being purchased.

 

Example:
