First Responder & Military Discount - 20% Off Wireless Services

Law enforcement, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, search and rescue, active-duty military, National Guard, reserves, veterans, and Gold Star families are eligible to receive a 20% discount on qualifying wireless service plans.

Proof of Eligibility:
Active status or service verification must be provided at the time of activation and at each renewal. Acceptable proof includes a valid ID, badge, or certification for first responders, or official military documentation such as a current military ID, veteran ID, DD214 form, or state driver’s license with veteran designation.

Account Requirements:
The discount applies only to accounts where the qualifying first responder or military member is the primary account holder. It does not extend to family members or dependents.

Trade-In Offer

Up to $1,000 Off with Trade-In

Trade in your eligible smartphone and receive a trade-in value based on device model and condition, plus a Strata promotional credit toward the purchase of a select new phone. Total credits are applied as monthly bill credits over the selected installment term.

 

How it works:

  1. Trade in your old phone
    Trade-in value will be assessed based on the phone model, condition, and eligibility at the time of trade-in.

  2. Receive trade-in credit

    1. Customers who purchase a qualifying device on a 36-month installment plan will receive a $400 Strata promotional credit, applied as monthly bill credits over 36 months.

    2. Customers who purchase a qualifying device on a 24-month installment plan will receive a $200 Strata promotional credit, applied as monthly bill credits over 24 months.

  3. Apply the discount
    Trade-in credits may be used toward the purchase of a select new phone. Total credits applied cannot exceed the retail price of the device being purchased.
