UBTA-UBET Communications Inc. dba Strata Networks will hold its Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at Union High School in Roosevelt, Utah. The purpose of the meeting will be to report on the election of directors, pass upon reports for the previous fiscal year, and conduct such other business as may come before the meeting. Directors will be elected from the Duchesne, Flattop, Fruitland, and Lapoint districts through online and mail-in voting. Those desiring to run for the position of director from any of those districts must apply in person at the Cooperative’s headquarters located at 211 E 200 N in Roosevelt between March 4 and March 13, 2024.
