Strata Networks was recently honored by Lehi Serves as the recipient of the JustServe Hero Award, a distinction presented annually to individuals and organizations that demonstrate exceptional commitment to volunteerism and community service.
The JustServe Hero Award is one of Lehi Serves’ highest honors, recognizing only one organization each year whose service exemplifies leadership, generosity, and commitment to improving the lives of others. The award acknowledges organizations that go above and beyond in supporting community needs and inspiring others to serve.
The recognition reflects not only Strata’s volunteer efforts but also its broader commitment to the Lehi community. Through its partnership with the City of Lehi to construct and manage the Lehi Fiber Network, Strata has become deeply invested in the city’s long-term success. That commitment extends beyond connectivity, with employees regularly volunteering their time and talents to support projects that improve public spaces and strengthen the community.
The award was presented by Lehi City Mayor Paul Binns during the Lehi Serves 9/11 Day of Service event at Willowcreek Middle School. Meagin Mohar, Strata Networks Vice President of Human Resources, accepted the award on behalf of Strata.

Over the past several years, Strata employees have partnered with Lehi City on projects that have improved parks, recreational facilities, and community gathering spaces throughout the city. In 2024, volunteers worked alongside the Lehi City Parks & Recreation Department to enhance Willow Park Campground by installing a swing set, constructing horseshoe pits, and refurbishing a volleyball court. The following year, employees supported trail expansion and landscaping improvements at Dry Creek Park, providing equipment, labor, site preparation, tree trimming, sod placement, and mulch installation. Most recently, Strata assisted with preparations for Lehi’s 2026 9/11 Day of Service by providing crews and equipment to prepare landscaping areas around the Legacy Center and Sports Park.
Collectively, these efforts embody Strata’s culture of service and its belief that lasting community connections are built not only through infrastructure but through active involvement and support.
